Making a Comeback...

Well, i'm almost recovered from the bike accident i had on early September due to Summer rain mixed with car's exausted particules that formed a sort of road oil. I can walk normally again. Beard shaved. Bald headed no more. Most scars on my face are now skin smudges, except for my forehead that was "trianglurly" riped off but.  At least this scar has somehow shrinked (cool) and there is some hair growing back, around the stiches. Talking about body mechanics, my shoulder joints are still a bit stiff and from time to time they wreck havockly pain, i mean, while doing certain angle movements. 

Going back to trainning is hard work! I feel so weak! And the instability also due to excessive sinovial fluid inside the joints? What a torture, man!  
Screw it! Lets get back to work!
